For churches and the people who run them

Every announcement, from request to pulpit.

The notices your congregation asks for arrive in one place, get decided once, and come out as a plan for the week — instead of living in a chain of forwarded emails nobody can find on a Saturday night.

How it works

Three steps, and the office owns all three.

Nothing is published because somebody asked for it. Every announcement is placed by a person on your staff, on a week they chose.

  1. Someone asks

A member fills in one short form at your own address. They keep a link to what they asked for, so they can check on it — or withdraw it — without ringing the office.

  2. The office decides

Every request arrives in one place instead of in four inboxes. Staff edit it, place it on the week it belongs to, and the person who asked is told what happened.

  3. It runs

The week comes out as one plan — who reads what, and when — that whoever is on the platform on Sunday morning can work straight from.

Integrations

It meets the tools you already keep.

Your announcements are yours. Heraldry is somewhere to work on them, not somewhere they get stuck.

  • Planning Center Coming soon

Services and People, so an announcement lands on the plan your team already runs Sunday from, and the office is not keeping two lists of the same week.

  • The spreadsheet you keep now

Bring the tracker you have been running for years — Heraldry imports it, and exports it back the same way, so moving in is not a decision you cannot reverse.
